Greedy First Energy and Mon Power Try to Trick WV Ratepayers and Taxpayers

Winter 2012-2013. After losing its bid to increase electricity rates in West Virginia to pay an Ohio Company for an old power plant, Mon Power and First Energy have another scam going on. Stay tuned here for more information on events planned to thwart this bait and switch.
